RSS Certificate in Teaching Statistics in Higher Education

Negotiations are well under way about the integration, on a non-exclusive basis, of the material developed for the distance-learning Royal Statistical Society (RSS) Certificate in Teaching Statistics in Higher Education (TSinHE) into the part-time MSc in Applied Statistics awarded by Sheffield Hallam University.

Professor Jorge Luis Romeu at Syracuse University is conducting a survey about teaching statistics to practising engineers. The results will be presented at ICOTS-7 in July 2006. Further details and a link to the survey.
